Customer satisfaction 101 tenets:
1. Empower your customer to feel satisfied
2. Allow your customer to make his or her own decisions
3. Do not be condescending
4. Do not be sarcastic and rude
After having a bad experience with Frank last year to which he apologized I decided in good faith to try his flower service again. What a mistake that was. After telling me he had all the components of an order he later changed the order without asking me. He simply told me via email after the flowers left the shop. I called him and asked him to stop the order component that he had substituted without asking me. He became belligerent. He simply said he had nothing else to say.
